With a stable approach to
medication, psychosocial intervention and rehabilitation for social and
occupational functioning, it is now possible for Shraddha to expand the
approach to scale it to full capacity from the present pilot of 120 beds
to 150 beds.

Its current efforts are to
improvise the series of occupational projects like agriculture, dairy
farming etc.
|
|
The focus will soon be on building
societal stakeholders. This would mean enhancing awareness through
campaigning and building networks through the psychiatric
associations, and the community participation including the
surrounding villages.
|
|
Its principal challenge will be on
making it sustainable through a range of mechanisms including donations,
building in a future equity, efficiency in operations and capability
building.
